Enrolling in the course
The following eligibility criteria must be fulfilled by the applicants:
- Applicants should have reached all the curricular requirements.
- Applicants should exhibit adequate specific knowledge.
- Applicants should be able to correctly use the English language (i.e., both speaking and writing).
Curricular requirements. A Bachelor’s Degree or other qualification obtained abroad recognized as suitable are required to be admitted to the Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering. More information on curricular requirements can be found in Article 4 of the Didactic Regulation.
Evaluation of the specific knowledge. The assessment of the requirements related to the personal preparation will be carried out only for students enrolled in the three-year course after 1 September 2011. Students for whom the average of the marks (in thirtieths) obtained in the profit examinations for the degree that gives access to the Master’s Degree Course – weighted on the basis of the relative consistencies in CFUs is not less than a threshold value are exempt from this verification. More details can be found in Article 5 of the Didactic Regulation.
English knowledge. A proved ability to correctly use the English language (i.e., speaking, listening, and writing) at least equal to the B2 level is required to be admitted to the Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering. This ability will result in the recognition of 3 credits of “additional language knowledge”, which must be acquired by all students of the degree course (i.e., not only by students who selected the English Curricula). However, it should be noted that students can acquire “additional language skills” credits by the end of the first academic year. More details can be found in Article 5 of the Didactic Regulation.
How to apply
Registration for the first year of the Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering can be made, strictly and without other conditions, by the mandatory deadline of April 1, 2024.
